Crafting the plan: defining opportunities, priorities, business cases, budgets and timelines
Through this work, a national non-profit client gained an Executive-level road map to new and emerging technologies aligned with their objectives. The plan identified and cataloged the opportunities for enhancing the organization’s decision-making and knowledge management by enabling an enterprise architecture framework. This approach included strategically scaling existing solutions and infrastructure as the organization grew in size and scope, addressing their needs for years to come.
