Migrating IP Voice services across three platforms: hosted, hybrid, and Skype for Business Online in Office 365.

This project touched on every aspect of modern IT infrastructures: new carrier circuits were dropped in branch offices, services were decommissioned and moved from a losing host/carrier, numbers were ported, switches, firewalls and demilitarized zones were rebuilt, IP scopes were redefined, and domain name services (internal and external) were updated, as were client devices, Outlook calendar meetings, and conference call codes.

The clear priority through all of this work remained maintaining a production-ready status for the users in all locations.  Over the length of the project, when users picked up their phone the dial-tone was always there, and as small as this sounds, this was the win.
