We support migrating identity management and mail services to Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online in Microsoft 365.

In an early case, the first stage of a move to Office 365 Hybrid services involved building and automating the integration and synchronization of 240 user accounts with Azure AD. Building this integration involved a full refresh of the local PKI infrastructure, with a renewed internal Certificate Authority and new subordinate certificate authority.

Once completed, the identity management infrastructure was in place to support the move of over 400 mailboxes from an aging Exchange 2010 on premise server to Exchange Online. Accomplishing this required building and transitioning through an Exchange 2016 service on premise, which is still in place as part of a final hybrid architecture.
